Desk Bound Lifestyle – Piles Factor!!

As per the statistical report, merely 10 million people in India affected by Piles. The reason for that disease is not found clearly. But it occurs due to stress, sleepless nights, constipation, and a growing desire for fast food in the Desk-Bound Lifestyle of this generation.

As per studies, half of the world would be affected by Piles.  Teens in their early twenties will experience this disease due to this sedentary lifestyle in the urban. Even women in their pregnancy time will be affected by piles. This city lifestyle taught us so many bad habits to health such as Eating junk and fast food, Alcohol Consumption, Sitting in the same place for a long time either before TV or Computer and Stressful life.

Due to this lifestyle, there will be swelling in the rectum. Piles is a simple structure of a body. If swelling occurs then only we feel the pain.
